Lead RBC’s Chandler branch through client acquisition, team coaching, and digital enablement while serving as a local market leader. This full-time role offers 37.5 weekly hours in Chandler.
As Branch Manager, you will motivate employees, build community relationships, and create memorable client experiences. You will guide mutual funds sales, multichannel usage, operational effectiveness, and collaboration across RBC partners. The position requires people management, licensed mutual funds sales experience, and an entrepreneurial acquisition mindset.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver results and support recent client acquisitions
Lead change and allocate resources for community needs
Recruit, develop, and manage employee talent
Coach teams on advice, education,



and problem resolution
Close gaps from operational, credit, and compliance reviews
Requirements: Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience recently
Three years’ experience in people management
Completed or attainable CSI mutual fund management exam
Ability to drive digital channel adoption
Bring branch leadership, mutual funds expertise, and relationship-building skills to RBC’s client-focused Chandler banking team.
