This Car Wash Manager position requires three to less than five years of experience. You will coordinate operations, staff, budgets, inventory, complaints, repairs, and vehicle inspections. Work takes place at a physical location around motor vehicles, noise, odours, and dust. The position includes responsibility for interior and body components.
Key Responsibilities: Direct and evaluate daily car wash operations
Plan and control budgets and inventory
Hire, train, and supervise staff
Address customer and employee complaints
Plan repairs and inspect repaired vehicles
Requirements: Three to less than five years of experience
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Valid driver's licence with required record checks
English language proficiency
Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel
Use organized judgment and vehicle service knowledge to manage onsite operations, staff, customer concerns, repairs, and inspections.
