Key Responsibilities: Advise on industrial and employee relations matters
Manage disciplinary hearings and grievance procedures
Represent the company at CCMA proceedings
Develop and review industrial relations policies
Maintain constructive trade union relationships
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
Seven years of progressive industrial relations experience
Knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA, and SDA
Experience representing companies in CCMA proceedings
Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Use labour law, dispute resolution, and negotiation expertise to guide industrial relations for an on-site Kimberley operation.
