Brightisle seeks Supervised Family Visitation Workers for Newfoundland and Labrador. You will support children and youth in foster care during family visitation. The work involves monitoring conditions and behaviors, protecting client confidentiality, and completing detailed reports that may support reunification decisions and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe, supervised visitation for children and youth
- Observe conditions and family behaviors during visits
- Monitor children’s well-being and safety
- Complete detailed reports for reunification and court use




- Maintain confidentiality of all client information

Requirements:

- Experience working with children and youth in a related field
- Knowledge of child development, family dynamics, and social services
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Valuable decision-making skills and objectivity
- Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check
