As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will advise leaders across Equity & Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, and branch-based support. You will attract, assess, and hire talent while delivering strong candidate experiences. The role also advances recruitment practices through technology, reporting, and creative sourcing strategies.

Requirements: Three-plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Financial services or professional services recruitment experience preferred
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Advanced ATS, Excel, Smartsheet, and reporting technology proficiency
Experience using analytics, AI tools, or recruiting automation
