This experienced Welder/Fabricator position supports the Sheet Metal Shop, requiring manufacturing experience and competence with GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG welding. The work includes multiple materials and thicknesses, following drawings, inspecting welds, and repairing products.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, operate, and clean welding equipment
Follow job router drawings and written instructions
Inspect completed welds for quality
Repair faulty products using welding procedures
Maintain a safe work workplace
Requirements: Working experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum C level ticket
Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints
Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG welding competence
Bring sheet metal welding, fabrication, drawing interpretation, and inspection skills to Hansen Industries’ Richmond manufacturing operation.
