As a Home-Based Travel Expert, you will serve consumer travel clients and build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business. The work centers on preferred supplier products, accurate travel information, client documentation, and dependable coordination with internal teams. You will also support local promotions, networking, and complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients
Sell preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets
Prepare accurate travel information and detailed documentation
Invoice and document client files according to policy
Coordinate with consumers, tour operators, and support departments
Requirements: Experience as a Travel Advisor
One year of retail travel agency experience
Provincial certification and TICO
Availability for evenings and weekend shifts
Located anywhere in Canada
Use travel advising, supplier sales, and client service skills to build repeat business for SellOffVacations from home.
