As an HR Generalist reporting to the Finance & Operations Manager, you will build and run the HR function. Your scope includes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, advantages, and compliance. You will support managers and employees through performance, growth, and difficult conversations while maintaining HR systems and records.
Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruitment and manage multiple vacancies
Deliver onboarding and manage the talent lifecycle
Process bi-weekly payroll, bonuses, deductions, and tax reports
Support performance reviews, coaching, conflict resolution,



and exits
Administer benefits, WCB, safety, privacy, and HR policies
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Full-cycle recruitment and payroll administration experience
Knowledge of Alberta employment, OHS, WCB, human rights, and privacy legislation
HRIS and payroll systems experience with strong judgment
