The Packaging Maintenance Supervisor directs day-to-day activities within Apotex’s Packaging Technical Services leadership team. This position coordinates technicians, evaluates performance, and supports safety, quality, productivity, and reliability initiatives. It also addresses complex equipment issues and supports the Packaging schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical and electrical packaging maintenance activities
Coordinate assignments, outcomes, timelines, and schedule adherence
Develop productivity and individual performance measurement systems
Drive proactive maintenance,



reliability, and downtime reduction initiatives
Resolve complex technical and equipment-related issues
Requirements: Engineering degree, postsecondary degree, or diploma
Five years’ experience in a relevant technical field
Three to five years’ supervisory experience
Complex technical problem-solving experience
Microsoft Office literacy and CMMS exposure; SAP an asset
Apply packaging maintenance leadership, cGMP knowledge, and SAP-focused reliability management to support Apotex technical operations.
