As Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the Store Team alongside the Store Manager. The position covers hiring, development, administration, customer service, and store operations. You will model core values while supporting a positive, collaborative work workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Lead teams through visible, values driven management
Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff
Promote outstanding customer experiences and service standards
Support merchandising, displays, budgets, and store operations
Assume store responsibility during the manager's absence
Requirements: Five or more years managing people or operations
Customer service industry management experience strongly preferred
Microsoft Office Suite technical knowledge
Budget and financial management experience
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and unusual hours
