Support financial planning for Brookfield Residential in Calgary, using forecasting and advanced Excel within the Alberta Homes and Commercial divisions.
As a Financial Analyst, you will prepare and consolidate monthly guidance and annual Business Plan Financial Statements. You will maintain project proformas, reporting, and analysis for senior management and stakeholders. The work covers Calgary, Edmonton, and Alberta levels, supporting Homes and Commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and consolidate monthly guidance for Alberta divisions
Maintain continuity spreadsheets and validate forecast accuracy
Manage data within BRP Insights, Vena, and Rook
Prepare project sensitivity and scenario analysis




Identify process improvements across guidance systems and models
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Pursuing or holding CPA or CFA designation
Four or more years of related experience
Advanced Excel proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
Apply financial analysis, forecasting, advanced Excel, and proforma maintenance to support Brookfield Residential’s Alberta planning function.
