The role focuses on process optimization, data analysis, corrective actions, and operational excellence. You will support automotive manufacturing requirements, cross-functional initiatives, and new program launches.
Key Responsibilities: Improve manufacturing processes, layouts, workflows, efficiency, quality, and productivity
Analyze production data, process variation, quality trends, and operational performance
Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
Train personnel in continuous improvement methods and operational best practices




Support secure launches involving programs, equipment, tooling, and processes
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related engineering discipline
Minimum two years’ manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
Experience with lean manufacturing, PFMEA, DFMEA, and Control Plans
