The Senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist supports data centre operations, hardware infrastructure, and server environments. Responsibilities include maintaining availability, coordinating providers, and resolving infrastructure incidents. The work also covers network or server decommissioning, co-location support, and project refreshes.
Key Responsibilities: Fulfil data centre availability, reliability, efficiency, and uptime commitments
Maintain and support IT hardware infrastructure at data centres
Analyze and resolve hardware and server infrastructure incidents




Coordinate providers and mitigate impacts on data centre operations
Install, configure, and decommission servers and infrastructure components
Requirements: Support multiple technical teams across infrastructure environments
Use V-Centre and VMware to maintain virtual servers
Support Windows, Solaris, AIX, and mainframe server environments
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
Work within Uptime Certified Tier IV and Tier II data centres
Apply server, VMware, networking, and incident resolution expertise to senior data centre infrastructure integration responsibilities.
