Key Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate Associate Dealer Changeover preparations
Validate assets and appropriate depreciation categories
Guide accurate inventory counts with store staff
Coach parties on Changeover Policy compliance
Develop critical paths and prepare financial documentation
Requirements: Travel nationally up to 40 weeks annually
Three-plus years of retail management preferred
Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint proficiency
Valid driver's license and work from home ability
