Apply nuclear engineering expertise and field execution knowledge as a Field Engineer supporting BWXT Canada projects. Lead technical work across project phases.
BWXT Canada’s Field Engineer provides predeployment, execution, and closeout support for Field Services Projects. Reporting to the Field Engineering Manager, you may lead larger projects. The work involves customers, regulators, senior management, trades, technicians, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review work packages against technical and contract requirements
Lead procedure development, readiness reviews, and regulatory interactions
Provide technical direction during site execution and resolve issues
Monitor work, quality requirements, progress, and project documentation
Prepare reports,



lessons learned, and root cause analyses
Requirements: Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Engineering and four years’ experience
Knowledge of CSA, ASME, and nuclear standards
Knowledge of materials, welding, and field execution practices
Technical reporting, communication, and Computer Aided Design proficiency
Valid driver’s license and transportation required
Support nuclear field projects through engineering leadership, technical oversight, quality control, and stakeholder coordination for BWXT Canada.
