Lead industrial architecture for factories, warehouses, and distribution centers while directing design delivery, regulatory compliance, and client coordination.

As Architectural Department Manager, you will report to the Head of Projects and oversee architectural work from concept through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, proposals, approvals, and design quality. The role combines team leadership, client engagement, and coordination with engineers, contractors, project managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Manage architectural projects from concept through completion

Prepare proposals and document scope changes accurately

Lead and mentor technologists toward quality design outcomes

Coordinate architectural, structural, and mechanical systems

Present designs and address client feedback

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Licensed member of the Ontario Association of Architects

Minimum five years of architectural experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Knowledge of Ontario codes, bylaws, and standards
