As Assistant Lodge

Manager, you will support the Lodge Manager across administrative, hospitality, and food-and-beverage duties. You will supervise staff, solve daily problems, and serve as Lodge Manager during scheduled time off. The position includes a two-weeks-on, one-week-off schedule and varied lodge responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Support lodge administration and hospitality program goals Coach, direct, and develop staff alongside the Lodge Manager Host guests and respond to feedback Create staff schedules and complete weekly time entry Track bar stock and inventory levels Requirements: Post-secondary hospitality education or equivalent experience Food Safe, Occupational First Aid Level 1, and Serving It Right At least two years' preferred hospitality leadership experience Confident public speaking and training facilitation skills Microsoft Office proficiency and solid organizational abilities Bring hospitality leadership, guest service, coaching, and administrative skills to CMH's remote Monashees lodge near Revelstoke.
