As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will treat clients affected by mental stress injuries and motor vehicle accidents. Your work may include in-home assessments, hospital discharge assessments, ergonomic assessments, concussion treatment, cognitive rehabilitation, and mental health treatment. The role supports start-to-finish recovery through evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and treat physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments
Complete in-home and hospital discharge assessments
Conduct ergonomic assessments and concussion treatment




Provide cognitive rehabilitation and mental health treatment
Guide clients through each step of recovery
Requirements: Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Willingness to provide treatment in varied community settings
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills
