Sodagar Nielsen Law Group seeks an experienced Senior Paralegal for its family law practice. The work includes drafting legal materials, managing disclosure, coordinating discoveries, and communicating directly with clients. You will also manage deadlines, filings, invoicing, and accounting coordination while working under lawyer supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, affidavits, financial statements, applications, and orders
Manage disclosure and organize financial records for proceedings
Coordinate client updates, documents, and next steps
Track filings, deadlines, calendars, and bring-forwards




Coordinate with counsel, registries, experts, and professionals
Requirements: At least five years of paralegal experience
Completion of a recognized Paralegal program
Family law experience and familiarity with court rules
Strong drafting, proofreading, organization, and prioritization skills
Experience with legal billing, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
