You will administer cloud-hosted and on-premises applications, assist users, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain integrations supporting fleet dispatch, maintenance, and tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Provide application support for HSE and transportation business systems
Administer and troubleshoot cloud-hosted and on-premises applications
Investigate incidents and resolve service requests

Monitor integrations using REST APIs and structured data formats
Requirements: Diploma, degree, or equivalent Information Technology experience
Experience supporting enterprise business applications
Microsoft SQL Server and data warehouse experience
Knowledge of mobile device support and MDM deployment
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
