About Our Client
Our client is a boutique executive coaching and leadership development company that partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve communication, and help teams perform at their best. Its work spans the front line to the C-suite, combining individual and team coaching, practical learning experiences, and 360 assessments tailored to each client’s needs. The company's approach is direct, thoughtful, and grounded in applied psychology. Its coaches build trust, ask challenging questions, and focus on changes leaders can carry into their day-to-day work long after an engagement ends. This is an opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join an established team, work with senior leaders on meaningful challenges, and contribute to delivering high-quality leadership development services across a diverse client base.

About This Role
Reporting to a senior member of the leadership team, the Senior Associate will deliver executive coaching, team development programs, workshops, and 360 assessment debriefs. This full‑time role also involves managing client relationships, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to business development. It calls for someone who can move confidently between each of these responsibilities. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced practitioner who can earn the trust of senior leaders, challenge them constructively, and make sound decisions when there is no set roadmap.

You will adapt the company's established methodologies to each client while maintaining a consistent standard of quality and care.

Responsibilities Include

Delivering one‑on‑one coaching to senior leaders and executives, with clear development goals, trust, and accountability

Leading team coaching programs that combine structured learning, guided discussion, and individual follow‑up

Translating complex leadership challenges into practical development plans that strengthen presence, communication, and impact

Customizing and facilitating in‑person and virtual workshops for different audiences and organizational contexts

Leading 360 assessment debriefs, identifying the most important themes, and integrating feedback into ongoing coaching

Serving as a responsive, trusted point of contact for client accounts and maintaining strong working relationships

Leading discovery conversations, following up with prospective clients, and identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships

Contributing to proposals and RFP responses through research, collaboration, and clear written communication

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment across engagements

Taking on other related responsibilities as needed

About The Candidate
You bring an ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) and at least five years of experience as an executive coach or in a similar role. Alternatively, you hold a graduate degree in Psychology or Education and have at least five years of professional experience in that field. You have the presence to work with senior leaders and the range to coach individuals, facilitate groups,

and lead thoughtful feedback conversations. You communicate with clarity and professionalism, build trust quickly, and use sound judgment when priorities shift or a situation is complex. You are organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple client commitments with limited direction. Strong written communication and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and calendar management tools are required. Experience managing a self‑directed workload remotely is important. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Canada who are legally authorized to work in Canada. The role requires frequent travel within Canada and internationally .

Working With Our Client
You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues who care deeply about the quality of their practice and the difference it makes for clients. You’ll have the opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and bring your own perspective to work that calls for both thoughtful preparation and the ability to respond to what is happening in the room. The role offers variety and ownership. You’ll coach individual leaders, help teams work through real challenges, and design learning experiences they can put into practice. You’ll also build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued success of a boutique firm where your work has a visible impact.

Compensation & Workplace
This full‑time role offers a base salary of CAD $95,000 annually. Senior Associates also participate in a quarterly, team‑based commission program tied to overall company performance, growth, and profitability, and are eligible for an annual bonus based on individual performance.
