As Business Intelligence Partner, you will lead analytics for Operations & Business Intelligence. You will develop a high-performing team, govern reporting, analyze financial metrics, and translate executive questions into measurable outcomes. The role supports business lines including retention, current business, and year-over-year performance.
Key Responsibilities: Own reporting and analytics strategy across business lines
Oversee Power BI dashboard design, governance, and adoption
Analyze financial metrics, forecasts, and year-end projections




Establish data standards and reconciliation processes
Champion automation and reporting workflow improvements
Requirements: 5+ years in business analytics, intelligence, or data analysis
Applied Epic experience required
Expert Power BI and advanced Excel proficiency
Working knowledge of Python and SQL
Degree in Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field
