This Journeyperson Electrician position supports utility construction, maintenance, testing, and repairs. You will work around energized power and control equipment while applying electrical drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Utility or industrial experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Perform greenfield and brownfield utility construction, maintenance, alterations, and repairs
Replace oil-filled circuit breakers and utility relays
Construct and maintain utility switches
Interpret drawings, specifications, materials, and installation methods
Complete documentation, inspections, audits,



and proactive safety reporting
Requirements: Red Seal or recognized Interprovincial Journeyperson Electrician certification
Two to five years of utility or industrial electrical experience preferred
Solid commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
Valid driver’s licence and acceptable driver’s abstract
Willingness to travel and work assigned rotational schedules
