Apply advanced Excel and reconciliation expertise as an Operations Accountant supporting Live Nation Entertainment’s night-of-show settlements. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
Working with promoter and production teams, you will manage full-cycle accounting for each show. The work includes recording income statement and balance sheet entries, reviewing transactions, and reconciling payables and receivables. You will support month-end close and per-show contribution margin reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with pre-settlement and night-of-show artist settlements
Enter settlements and distribute reports to stakeholders
Prepare artist final settlement wires and recognize withholding taxes
Reconcile revenues, costs, accruals, payables, and receivables




Complete month-end close and maintain internal controls
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
Three to five years of accounting experience
Strength in accounts payable, receivable, accrual, and cash reconciliation
Robust Oracle or Salesforce capability and advanced Excel
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, travel, and large festivals
Bring detailed reconciliation, settlement, and communication skills to support Live Nation Entertainment’s high-volume show accounting operations.
