As a Compensation Analyst, you will support Workforce and Rewards consultants on client projects. Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis, advanced Excel, data presentation, and communication skills. Examine market practices and organizational information to develop rewards strategies and talent solutions for wide-ranging industries.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct compensation, rewards, and market trend research
Analyze strategic, financial, and organizational client information
Design compensation structures and incentive plans
Perform pay equity diagnostics for regulated clients
Prepare reports and presentations for senior decision-makers
Requirements: Strong quantitative, qualitative, and critical thinking skills
Advanced Excel formulas and dashboard development knowledge
Experience with data analysis and presentation design
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
