As a Recruiter focused on Permanent Placement, you will support a single or multi-market territory as a subject matter expert. The position covers recruitment across Industrial Operations and Skilled Trades, Business Services, and Sales and Marketing. You will help meet client hiring objectives through recruitment strategy development, client consultation, and candidate guidance.
Key Responsibilities: Drive permanent placement revenue across assigned geography and discipline
Consult with clients about effective recruitment and hiring strategies
Develop sourcing strategies through social media and networking




Recruit candidates and maintain ongoing talent pipelines

Requirements: Minimum three years recruiting white collar positions
