Key Responsibilities: Match members with suitable products and financial solutions
Meet sales targets and referral goals
Engage members to determine immediate financial needs
Promote referrals to Wealth Management and Business Banking
Maintain robust member relationships and community image
Requirements: At least two years of retail banking experience
Related financial industry experience in sales or customer service
High school diploma
Knowledge of investment and retail banking services
Ability to support Mundare and Andrew as required
Bring relationship-building, financial product knowledge, and member-focused service to Servus Credit Union’s Lamont-area branches.
