As a Changeover Operations Manager, you will guide Dealer Changeover Consultants through the full lifecycle, from new-store announcement to Finalization. You will oversee multi-million-dollar asset and inventory transfers while supporting factual, fair, and frictionless outcomes. The work includes process design, modernization planning, and collaboration with the Changeover Committee and cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Dealer Changeover Consultants nationally
Oversee multi-million-dollar business transactions between Dealers
Mediate unresolved transaction matters under Changeover policy
Facilitate Finalization involving existing and retiring Dealers
Coordinate schedules with third-party vendors
Requirements: Minimum five years of team leadership experience
Experience designing processes and implementing change management
Solid mediation, coaching, and mentoring abilities
Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Canada
Bring people leadership, sound judgment, mediation, and process improvement expertise to Canadian Tire’s national Changeover operations.
