The Quality Assurance Analyst supports ESC’s software development process and reports to the Manager, IT Solutions & Quality Assurance. You will review requirements, design documentation, and test coverage while working across functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing. The work includes SOAP web services and REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities: Review requirements and design documentation for test conditions and risks
Create and maintain test cases from business and technical requirements
Execute functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing
Test SOAP web services and REST APIs




Investigate, document, track, and retest software defects
Requirements: Three to five years of software testing or quality assurance experience
Post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or related field
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience documenting test plans, cases, reports, and risk assessments
Apply analytical testing expertise to APIs, defect validation, and quality documentation at ESC Corporate Services Ltd. in Toronto.
