The Social Media Coordinator strengthens digital presence across major social platforms and CRM tools. You will create visual and written communications, support guest interactions, and report social performance. The work includes Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities: Create photos and videos highlighting mall and hotel experiences
Write accurate, engaging, on-brand social media copy
Monitor comments, direct messages, and user-generated content
Schedule posts and provide social analytics through CRM tools




Cover events and collect content during evenings and weekends
Requirements: One to two years of social media marketing experience
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience with Hootsuite, Asana, Monday.com, Canva, or CapCut
Strong photo, video, and written content creation skills
Basic security clearance and flexible evening availability required
Use content creation, CRM coordination, and guest engagement skills to represent West Edmonton Mall and Fantasyland Hotel online.
