Video editing and motion design define this Multimedia Designer role with Sunwing Vacations, creating work across WestJet Group brands. The Studio is an in-house creative team.
Reporting to the Manager, Creative Brand, you will shape ideas from story development through final delivery. The work spans editing, animation, typography, sound, and finishing. You will collaborate with creative leaders, writers, graphic designers, project managers, and production partners. Campaigns may appear across broadcast, social, digital, airport, onboard, and experiential channels.
Key Responsibilities: Edit, animate, and finish integrated campaign video and motion work
Shape stories from scripts, footage, graphics, music, and sound
Develop storyboards, style frames, animatics, and motion treatments
Adapt master edits across durations, formats,



languages, and platforms
Prepare accurate final files with captions, localization, and quality control
Requirements: Five-plus years of relevant video or motion experience
Robust portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and motion-design craft
Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder
Understanding of editing, post-production workflows, and quality assurance
Apply video editing, motion design, animation, and storytelling expertise across Sunwing, WestJet, and WestJet Vacations brands.
