Associate Lawyer (4+ Years) – Insurance Defence Litigation Ritch Williams & Richards is a boutique litigation firm based in downtown Halifax, focused on insurance defence and marine law. We act for leading national and international insurers on complex and high-value matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys litigation, takes ownership of their files, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll have the prospect to work directly with clients, take on meaningful responsibility, and continue building your practice alongside an experienced and supportive team. Manage and advance litigation files from initial referral through to resolution with increasing autonomy and take ownership of your own files and practice Prepare pleadings, motions, and other court materials At least 4+ years of litigation experience,
