We are looking for a hands-on

Python AI Engineer to build and enhance an enterprise knowledge platform evolving from traditional RAG-based chatbots toward advanced, agent-driven knowledge systems.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Python:

Solid hands-on development experience in platform engineering, automation, or backend infrastructure.

- CLI Development:

Experience building command-line tools using Python, Go, or Rust.

- AI Frameworks:

Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

- Retrieval Systems:

Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and pgvector.

- Containers & CI/CD:

Strong experience with Docker and GitHub Actions; familiarity with Kubernetes-based workflows and Helm.

- Observability:

Experience with metrics, distributed tracing, dashboards, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting production issues.

- Distributed Systems:

Ability to diagnose failures and improve reliability, performance,



and scalability across interconnected services.

- Data Pipelines:

Experience with ingestion, ETL, content processing, or similar large-scale pipelines.

- LLM Evaluation:

Understanding of evaluation frameworks, quality measurement, and regression testing for AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and platform components.

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, knowledge ingestion workflows, and hybrid retrieval capabilities.

- Implement AI agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

- Develop Python-based CLI tools for automation, platform operations, and troubleshooting.

- Improve retrieval accuracy, response grounding, citation quality, and LLM evaluation.

- Build and maintain containerized deployments and automated CI/CD pipelines.
