Overview

- We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused Barber to provide quality grooming services and create a welcoming experience for every client.

Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable cuts and styles.

- Provide barbering services such as haircuts, fades, trims, and beard grooming, using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Deliver attentive customer service and communicate clearly throughout each appointment.

- Maintain high standards of sanitation by cleaning and disinfecting tools, stations, and shared areas between clients.

- Recommend relevant grooming products and services,



using thoughtful upselling and retail sales practices without pressuring clients.

- Keep the shop organized, professional, and ready for appointments.

Experience

- Barbering experience and a current barber license or other required local credentials are preferred.

- Demonstrated skill in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques.

- Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a qualified manner.

- Familiarity with sanitation practices, appointment scheduling, front desk tasks, and retail product recommendations is an asset.

- Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work collaboratively are important.

Pay: $17.60-$39.61 per hour
