Role Objective

We are looking for a high-energy, multi-talented individual to join our team. As an All-Rounder, you aren't just a barista; you are the face of our shop. You’ll switch gears between pulling the perfect espresso shot, assisting customers with retail selections, and ensuring the shop remains a welcoming, tidy space.

Key Responsibilities

- Coffee & Beverage Craft: Dial in the grinder, steam silky milk, and prepare a variety of specialty coffee and tea drinks to a high standard.
- Customer Experience: Greet every guest warmly, take orders accurately through the POS system, and handle payments.
- Retail & Front-Store: Assist customers with retail purchases (beans, merchandise, or pantry items), keeping shelves stocked and curated.
- Food Prep & Service: Handle light food preparation (toasting sandwiches, plating pastries) and bring orders to tables.
- Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean workspace, clear tables, wash dishes,



and perform opening/closing cleaning duties.

What We’re Looking For
- The "Vibe": Someone who is genuinely friendly, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced social environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in specialty coffee or high-volume hospitality is preferred, but a "can-do" attitude is essential.
- Reliability: Punctuality is a must—especially for those early morning shifts when the community needs their caffeine fix.
- Efficiency: The ability to multitask (e.g., foaming milk while talking to a regular) without breaking a sweat.
- Local: Living in Hanover will be highly preferred
