Retail product demonstration and sales skills define this Store Promoter role at T&T; Supermarket. Work shifts include weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Reporting to the Store Administrator, the Store Promoter demonstrates products and persuades consumers to purchase them. You will execute the Customer Service Strategy while generating brand awareness, coordinating merchandise, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage consumers and generate product excitement
- Greet customers, present products, and conduct demonstrations
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Organize and coordinate promoting merchandise
- Set up, clean, sanitize, and close work areas
Requirements:
- Positive knowledge of customer service
- Good knowledge of food safety
- Minimum one year of relevant sales experience desirable
- Strong English and Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or French communication
- Basic cooking skills and ability to stand six hours
