Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise restaurant operations and address daily operational issues
- Coordinate functions, logistics, staffing, scheduling, and payroll submissions
- Lead, coach, train, develop, and retain team members




- Manage ordering, inventory, stock levels, invoices, and cash controls
- Promote Pursuit attractions and support guest satisfaction programs

Requirements:

- Food and beverage background
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with cash control procedures
- Similar leadership experience is an asset
