Lead Gifts and Camo retail operations at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s in Delta, Tsawwassen, BC, using customer service and team supervision.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this full time Retail Lead oversees daily department operations. You will delegate assignments, train team members on procedures, maintain visual standards, and recommend products based on customer needs. The position requires opening, closing, and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise department team members in partnership with the manager
- Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
- Train team members on standard operating procedures
- Maintain signage, displays, recovery, stocking, and sales-floor cleanliness
- Resolve customer issues using sound judgment and logic

Requirements:

- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- Sales or service environment experience preferred
- Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s products is an asset
