Lead HSE management, COR certification, and safety training as a Health and Safety Advisor with Ecofor Consulting. Work full time, Monday through Friday, across Northern locations.
Ecofor Consulting seeks a knowledgeable Health and Safety Advisor reporting to the VP, HR & Corporate Services. You will support compliance with legislation, company policies, and industry practices while guiding employees and subcontractors. The work involves risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and improve Ecofor's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System
Coordinate COR certification audits, documentation, and corrective actions
Identify hazards and develop project risk mitigation strategies
Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks,



and training
Investigate incidents, near misses, hazards, and safety concerns
Requirements: CRSP, NCSO, or recognized occupational health certification
At least three years of industrial safety experience
Experience supporting or managing a COR-certified program
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
Microsoft Office, safety systems, licence, and travel willingness
Apply your HSE leadership, COR knowledge, and incident investigation skills supporting Ecofor worksites across Northern Canada.
