Lead warehouse operations at UFA through receiving, shipping, inventory movement, and safety-focused supervision. This full time role supports assigned shift schedules.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct daily distribution-centre activities and frontline teams. The work covers workflow coordination, performance management, warehouse systems, and continuous improvement. You will make real-time decisions supporting customer and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead receiving, picking, shipping, inventory, yard, and AWSA activities
Assign work to Senior Shipper/Receivers and Shipper/Receivers
Monitor safety, service, productivity, quality, and operational targets
Adjust labour, sequence work, and reallocate resources




Coach employees and coordinate operational improvement initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum five years’ related operational experience with frontline leadership
Warehouse and distribution knowledge across receiving, shipping, and inventory
Working knowledge of WMS, preferably SAP EWM/WM
Flexibility for assigned day, evening, night, weekend, and peak shifts
