This temporary position supports industrial infrastructure through skilled hand welding and fabrication. FLINT seeks journeyperson welders who meet required welding tickets, safety credentials, and site-readiness standards. Benefits become available after 300 or more hours worked.
Key Responsibilities: Perform B-Pressure hand welding in fabrication settings
Apply welding expertise to industrial infrastructure projects
Complete demanding tasks across varied work conditions
Communicate in English during site activities
Requirements: Minimum three years construction or fabrication experience
Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate or ticket
Required B-Pressure, Class-A, CWB, FCAW, or MCAW tickets
CSTS-2020 and WHMIS safety tickets
Reliable transportation, valid license, and clean five-year abstract
