As Credit Supervisor, you will manage a diverse customer portfolio and lead the credit and collections team. The work supports business planning and daily operations through account oversight, customer communication, and credit system integrity. You will investigate credit situations, assess prospective customers, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate prospective customers’ financial status and credit reputation
Manage customer accounts and establish credit limitations

Review collection reports and evaluate department policies
Communicate account status and resolve customer concerns
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Educational Development certificate
Minimum five years of credit management experience
Prior experience or ability to learn AS400 or SAP
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Strong math, communication, detail, and negotiation skills
