The Nursing Manager supports a six-bed primary mental health facility and a 16-bed veteran drug and alcohol treatment facility. This role reviews medical records, delivers nursing care, manages medications, and maintains compliance. You will supervise nursing personnel, coordinate with providers, and assist with staff onboarding and training.
Key Responsibilities: Review medical records, nurses' notes, and daily chart audits
Provide ordered nursing care and pass medications
Complete charting, care plans, and required record keeping




Coach nursing staff and support personnel management
Coordinate providers, outside care, medications, and after-care plans
Requirements: Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
California Registered Nursing license held for one-plus years
Current TB test and CPR/First Aid certification
Ability to travel to various locations
Supervisory experience and bachelor's degree preferred
