As Property Supervisor, you will support Facilities modernization while overseeing day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across residential properties
Lead maintenance staff and coordinate contractors
Prioritize repairs and manage preventative maintenance
Improve work order management and maintenance practices
Support capital planning and Facilities modernization
Requirements: Five or more years of building operations experience
Strong knowledge of building systems
Previous leadership experience
Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine root causes
Organized, cooperative, and process-driven approach
