Fraser Canyon Hospital is a 16-bed community hospital providing emergency care, hospice beds, and related services. The department supports critical emergency access for travellers and communities near major highways.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 24/7 emergency care stabilization and triage
Support emergency services at Fraser Canyon Hospital
Care for patients in an isolated rural setting
Serve travellers using major highways in the area
Requirements: CCFP with or without emergency medicine training
FRCPC, CCFP-EM, or ABEM certification
Eligibility for provisional CPSBC licensure
ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and applicable listed qualifications
Full time or part time availability
