Drive promotional analysis for nofrills through historical sales data, profitability modeling, and accurate program monitoring across Canada. Support national retail activity through collaboration.
Reporting to the Manager, Promotions, nofrills, the Senior Analyst, Promotions, nofrills supports promotional investment targets and activity. The work connects nofrills strategy with sales and market share growth. You will analyze historical results, guide item selection, and monitor program execution.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain merchandising calendars, instructions, and stakeholder communications
Build weekly ad block allocations supporting promotional decisions
Model profitability scenarios using sales data and effectiveness tools
Analyze promotions, recommend categories, and identify price points




Monitor promotional execution, results, systems, and data integrity
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business, finance, or economics preferred
Retail operations or merchandising planning experience preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented working approach
Loblaw systems experience, including JDA, MicroStrategy, or SAP, preferred
Apply analytical, promotional planning, Excel, and communication skills to support nofrills performance within Loblaw Companies Limited nationally.
