As a Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will oversee department performance, employee engagement, and safe operations. The position requires distribution centre knowledge, powered mobile equipment awareness, material flow understanding, and effective communication. You will connect people, processes, and customer requirements while supporting operational expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain current department standard operating procedure knowledge
Train, supervise, and brief staff before shifts
Schedule resources and report hours for payroll




Manage performance and provide balanced employee feedback
Enforce safety policies and investigate reported incidents
Requirements: Three or more years’ large-scale distribution centre leadership experience
High school diploma or equivalent demonstrated work skills
Knowledge of storage methods and material flow
Working knowledge of powered equipment and conveyor safety
Excel, Outlook, Word, and WMS principles knowledge
Support adidas distribution centre growth through accountable leadership, secure processes, employee development, and operational communication.
