Maintain processing, packaging, and material handling equipment as a Millwright with Lactalis Canada Inc. Support safe, efficient food plant operations.
This Millwright supports Lactalis Canada Inc’s maintenance team in a food processing workplace. The work includes installation, troubleshooting, repair, upgrading, and servicing equipment. You will complete work orders, document maintenance, read mechanical drawings and P&IDs;, and support health and safety programs.
Key Responsibilities: Install and troubleshoot processing and packaging equipment
Maintain, repair, and upgrade material handling equipment
Carry out work orders and apply corrective action
Execute approved modifications and additions
Document maintenance activities and support safety programs
Requirements: Valid BC or interprovincial Red Seal Millwright certificate
Minimum two years related industrial plant maintenance experience
Knowledge of fluid handling and pneumatic controls
Ability to read P&ID; and schematic drawings
Weekend overtime availability and own hand tools
