As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will learn residents’ life stories while promoting physical and psychosocial well-being. This position emphasizes supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication. You will help coordinate comprehensive care with nursing and facility teams.
Key Responsibilities: Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being
Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff
Manage medications proficiently
Conduct thorough resident assessments
Document changes in resident condition accurately
Requirements: Current valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana
Proficient medication management skills
