The Production Control Planning Supervisor coordinates daily and weekly activities within an assigned location or operation. You will oversee Customization Planning, guide department staff, and execute customer and site requirements. The work includes forecasting volumes, planning staffing, equipment, space, and production capacity.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Customization Planning and production planning activities
Manage daily workload and staffing requirements
Conduct planning meetings with Operations and PM teams
Adjust schedules for changing circumstances
Lead productivity, LEAN, and best practice activities
Requirements: Associate degree or high school equivalent
One to three years of industry experience
Two or more years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
Apply production planning, workforce leadership, communication, and Excel skills as a DHL Supply Chain supervisor.
